As required by our Supplier Code of Conduct, suppliers will provide products and services that conform to all quality requirements and applicable standards to support compliant delivery of GA’s high-quality products and services. Suppliers are also required to employ strong anti-counterfeit detection and avoidance programs, effective testing, and provide all required documentation as evidence of reliability and conformance.
We continually improve our products and process through coordination with our customers, employees, and suppliers. We regularly review our quality objectives and assess risk associated with the Quality Management System to ensure we maintain customer satisfaction and business focus.
Quality and delivery performance of our suppliers is critical to these objectives.
