Technical Data Services

GA-ASI provides a low risk approach for consistent, technically accurate and integrated Flight Operations and Ground Operations tech data deliverables based on Logistics Management Information (LMI) sources. We provide a cutting edge ASD-S1000D IETM with automated fault diagnostics, using a proven Common Source Database (CSDB). Our writing and illustration team has extensive experience in over 20 US DoD MIL-STDs, including ASD-S1000D, creation of CGM and 3D visualizations from engineering drawings, writing in SGML and XML formats, and creating customized XSLT and XSL-FO style sheets for various customers. We develop the following technical data necessary to support our unmanned systems:

  • Functional description
  • Theory of operation
  • Aircraft operating procedures (flight manual and checklist)
  • Aircraft and Ground Control Station maintenance manuals and checklists
  • Troubleshooting and Fault Isolation (FI)
  • Wiring Diagrams/ Schematic Data
  • Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB)
  • Periodic and Special Aircraft inspections
  • Preventive and Corrective maintenance for multi-level maintenance

We develop printed and/or Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) tailored for each configuration and each customer to maximize the safe and effective operation and maintenance of our unmanned systems.

Our team is an active partner in the technical data development and creation process; attending Technical Manual Guidance Conferences, Program Reviews, In-Process Reviews (IPRs), Management Team meetings, and all Validation and Verification processes.
